Engineering Manager or Manager of Engineering

Industrial mfg. plant with newer equipment and air-conditioned plant within a larger organization needs an Engineering Manager to handle broad range of duties to include process, continuous improvement, projects, machine processes, some CAD designs for parts/other, project commissioning / installing new equipment for new production lines, and machine reliability engineering. Need machine based process experience along with product based process.

Looking for impact team member who can run with initiatives and projects as the manager and team player in a dept. with oversight of other engineers. Reports to Head of Plant Operations.

Must be able to drive to the plant interview. VISAS not budgeted or accepted. Regional relocation assistance available. Pay is experienced based on level of match. Bonus eligible. BS Degree in any of BSME, BSEE, BSIE, BSMET, BSEET, BSIET or similar. Associates degree alone not accepted. Need solid mfg. engineering experience of 10+ years total of making impacts / improvements / problem solving with project examples. Need several years of that as an Engineering Manager or Lead.
