We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to develop new business throughout the Tallahassee market. This role focuses on helping local businesses improve their operations through uniform programs, linen services, facility products, restroom supplies, first aid solutions, and other recurring business services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven outside sales professional who wants the support of an established organization while maintaining the autonomy to build and grow their own territory.
What You'll DoIdentify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities throughout the Tallahassee area.
Conduct in-person meetings with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
Present customized service solutions that address customer operational needs.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up activity.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track opportunities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business.
Partner with operations and service teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
Develop long-term customer relationships that lead to referrals and additional sales opportunities.

2+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, business development, or territory management experience preferred.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage sales activity.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
