Overview Totally Rad is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the digital presence of Totally Rad Vintage Fest. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand connects with vintage enthusiasts nationwide. Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement across all platforms. Capture and curate engaging content — including posts, stories, videos, and graphics — that reflect our brand identity and connect with our audience. Manage the content calendar, scheduling posts for timely and consistent delivery. Monitor social channels and actively engage with followers to build community. Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content and strategy. Qualifications Naturally curious and self-motivated Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays Ability to travel 35+ weekends in a calendar year Skilled in capturing and editing high-quality photo and video content on an iPhone Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Friendly and professional communication with attendees and staff Knowledge of vintage culture is a plus Basic Photoshop skills are a plus
