Audacy has an exciting digital division focused on providing local and regional businesses best‑in‑class solutions designed to help them aggressively compete across the web. The Digital Sales Manager must have sales experience in the digital space and be able to step in and drive the company’s revenue. The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding and history of new business development, lead generation, pipeline management and management of teams.
Responsibilities
4+ years of media‑related experience selling digital platforms and previous sales management experience are required.
Subject‑matter expertise in digital marketing tactics (SEM, SEO, Display/Video, Social, Audio/Podcasts) and attribution measurement.
Familiarity with prevailing internet technologies such as streaming media, DSP, ad tagging, agentic search, CRM, podcasting, blogging, PMax, RSS, etc.
Developing and conducting training sessions for our team of sellers.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi‑task efficiently, and knack for meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and ability to craft polished, impactful sales presentations.
Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills.
A 4‑year degree is preferred; experience is valued.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check; if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.
