Essential Functions
Perform clinical data management to ensure production of meaningful and concise reports to assist in clinic day‑to‑day operations, maintaining up‑to‑date data from various clinic data sources.
Act as lead project manager and subject‑matter expert for EHRS implementation projects, coordinating with CMSS vendor, outside consultants, senior management, and other stakeholders.
Provide issue resolution, system support, and training for proper utilization of clinic systems.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulations such as HIPAA, data security and privacy, DMH requirements, etc.
Provide reporting and updates to management and committees on the state of the clinic’s CMSS.
Supervise team members, monitor quality of work, conduct annual reviews, and attend supervisor training.
Data Management & Reporting
Ensure clinic’s ability to acquire data from DMH and CMSS vendors.
Develop and provide key reports to various internal clinic entities.
Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and inventory of databases and reports.
Provide state of CMSS report to Executive Management and the Board.
Clinic’s EHR system
Perform project management on implementation and maintenance of systems, modules, forms and reports within the CMSS.
Coordinate implementation/update functions of the EHR system with other teams, including user training.
Maintain completeness of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation, including contact info, due dates, and other key details.
Issue Resolution
Provide resolution of issues and requests from the ticket system.
Communicate vendor‑required issues to the EHR vendor.
Utilize Wellnest’s remote assist capability to support system users.
Manage Wellnest’s support ticket system.
Documentation
Maintain various documentation in a systematic manner (electronic and paper).
Documentation includes signed documents, system documentation (subscription info, contacts, contracts, manuals, workflows, access lists, inventory, policies).
CMSS Reporting
Provide bi‑monthly state of CMSS report to the Operations Improvement Committee.
Provide executive management with issue resolution and de‑risk recommendations as required.
Assist in providing specific reporting for grants and compliance purposes.
Work with other departments to ensure clinic’s CMSS disaster recovery and business continuity plan is ready for deployment.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field. Health Information Management System certification preferred. Expertise in information technology project management required.
Conditions of Employment Employee may be asked to pursue additional training when determined in the best interest of the Company. Employee must be able to use a personal vehicle with required insurance coverage for job duties and agency business, maintain a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record meeting Wellnest’s insurance carrier’s liability coverage criteria, and complete TB testing and DOJ fingerprint clearance.
Working Conditions Employee regularly works in an office environment. Flexible, evening, and/or weekend hours may be required for time‑sensitive projects.

Physical Demands
Ability to talk or hear to give and receive information and instructions.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Ability to reach with hands and arms.
Ability to use a computer keyboard up to 75% of the day.
Visual acuity and ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or computer equipment.
Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Use telephone, office copier, calculator, fax machine, computer printer, scanner, or other equipment as required.
