As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for developing efficient, scalable pipelines, ensuring high data quality, and enabling seamless data access for analytics and clinical teams. Your expertise will directly impact how we understand, treat, and support our patients.
We seek a talented engineer with strong experience in data engineering best practices, SQL Server, and ETL workflows. You'll collaborate closely with other engineers, analysts, and clinical teams to bring data-driven initiatives to life in a fast-growing healthcare environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
Build and optimize data architectures to enhance analytics performance and reliability
Integrate data from diverse sources, including electronic health records and medical devices
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
Support deployment and monitoring of data infrastructure in cloud environments
Contribute to continuous improvement of data engineering standards and documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred
5+ years experience in data engineering or related roles
Proficiency with SQL and Python for data manipulation and workflow automation
Strong knowledge of ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks (e.g., SSIS, Apache Airflow, dbt)
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and security best practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Passion for mental health and making an impact through data
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
