Lead integration activities across major functions (Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality, Infrastructure and Operations, Boeing Enterprise Security, etc.) Develop a multi‑year technical integration roadmap that aligns Boeing Commercial Airplanes IT Architecture with business and program needs. Serve as liaison between BCA Digital Transformation program and major business units to enable business continuity. Enhance relationships between major business units and Boeing functions throughout integration activities. Report progress to plan on major integration activities across functions. Maintain risk, issues and opportunities reporting. Develop and manage complex, enterprise‑wide IT project plans and deliverables. Lead activities to determine project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle. Manage incorporation of quality management systems for IT projects. Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify and negotiate necessary resources to meet project goals. Provide analysis and recommendations on resource allocation. Lead development of project communication plans. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. Identify need for vendor‑provided products and services for complex, enterprise‑wide projects. Coordinate and oversee supplier activities. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher. 5+ years of experience developing and managing integrated schedules for complex technical projects and/or products. 5+ years of experience leading or managing integrated technical projects or teams across multiple organizations. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a technical field. Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s COI assessment process. Additional Information
Position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements – a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62. Pay range: $162,350 – $234,600.
