Package
Base Salary of $48k–$60k per year.
Monthly performance commission on client referrals.
Residual & renewal commissions on client referrals – no cap.
Top performers can double their base salary.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners.
Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events.
Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support incoming opportunities.
Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools.
Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships.
Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities.
Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for emergency leads, earning commission.
Support homeowners and partners throughout the restoration process.
Meet and exceed monthly goals.
What We’re Looking For
Outstanding customer service, communication and organizational skills.
Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a goal‑driven environment.
Organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
Team player who works effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
CRM experience is a plus.
Requirements Candidates must hold a valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean 3‑year driving record and be able to pass a background check.
Compensation: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.
