Our client is a leading global proprietary quantitative trading firm headquartered in Chicago, with offices in Amsterdam, London, New York City, and Singapore.
The Role Responsibilities And Priorities
Manage and optimize key business and operational processes
Reconcile daily trading and accounting activity in partnership with internal teams
Work with brokers and exchanges to investigate and resolve discrepancies
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
Analyze business performance and prepare insights for senior leadership
Research new markets, partnerships, and strategic opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with exchanges, vendors, and external partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in an analytical discipline
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Python and similar tools
Experience, Ability And Knowledge You are a highly analytical and intellectually curious professional who enjoys solving complex business problems. You combine strong quantitative instincts with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships. You thrive in fast-moving environments where precision, ownership, and initiative are highly valued.
