We are seeking a Safety Training Coordinator to support workplace safety initiatives through employee training, facility inspections, and compliance activities. This role will help promote a strong safety culture by developing training materials, delivering safety programs, identifying workplace hazards, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in safety, training, manufacturing, or compliance who enjoys working with employees and improving workplace safety. Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees Conduct safety orientations and training sessions on workplace procedures, hazard prevention, and safe work practices Create and distribute safety communications, guides, and educational materials Perform facility inspections to identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions Recommend corrective actions and safety improvements Support compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations Maintain safety documentation and training records Assist with safety improvement initiatives and employee engagement programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Health, or a related field preferred 0–2 years of experience in safety, training, compliance, or a related role Knowledge of workplace safety concepts, procedures, and best practices Strong communication skills with the ability to present and train groups Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
Preferred Experience
Workplace safety inspections Employee safety training or presentations OSHA or regulatory compliance knowledge Manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, warehouse, or similar environment experience
