Job Overview
Location : Immerse yourself in our innovative culture! This role requires a commitment of 4 days in-office per week at our facility in Garden Grove, CA as well as full-time hours (40 hours a week).
Duration : 11-14 weeks (Sep 8 to Dec 11 OR Sep 21 to Dec 4)
Relocation Support : A $1,000 relocation stipend is available for interns currently residing more than 50 miles from Garden Grove, CA.
Compensation : Earn an hourly rate of $25-35 USD per hour.
Job Summary We are currently seeking an ambitious
Business & Analytical
student to join our
Central Production
team. As an intern, you will have various opportunities to contribute to
improving our systems & processes
at the company. The primary responsibilities for this position will be
ensuring our systems are running smoothly & are ready for scale . The role also offers the opportunity to build valuable experience at a fast paced, high growth startup during a critical early product development stage.
What You’ll Do
Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document system requirements.
System Analysis: Analyze existing data and reporting, identify issues, and propose improvements or new solutions.
Testing and Implementation: Test and implement new or updated systems, ensuring they meet requirements and function correctly.
Documentation and Training: Document system functionality, procedures, and changes, and provide training to users.
Collaboration: Work with IT teams, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system implementation and support.
What You’ll Bring
Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program or greater in
Business Administration, Data Analytics, or/and Computer Science.
Work authorized in the United States OR ability to obtain J-1/F-1 visa.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of software development processes, database management, and other relevant technologies.
