In this role, you’ll be responsible for targeting and closing strategic clients both locally and regionally. You’ll have the chance to build and nurture business contacts, keep your database up-to-date, and identify and develop valuable opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop strategic accounts by building and maintaining strong business relationships, keeping your database current, and identifying new opportunities.
Engage with potential clients by positioning FirstOption Staffing through value-based selling, ROI analysis, references, and market data.
Lead and be accountable for the performance and growth of client accounts, consistently achieving and exceeding market goals.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and pricing structures.
Report directly to the President and collaborate across teams to ensure overall business success.
Requirements
2+ years of sales experience selling to HR professionals, C-level executives, hiring managers, business owners, and other senior decision-makers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Strong decision-making abilities, with the skill to anticipate impacts on clients and internal teams.
Ability to effectively negotiate, understanding client needs, personality, and requirements.
Team player with the flexibility to lead in fast-paced situations and work independently when needed.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Education
College degree or equivalent experience in sales, account and territory management
Comp & Benefits
$45,000 - $65,000/Annually + Commission

Mon – Friday
8AM – 5PM
Occasional Client Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
After - hour networking meetings Etc.
