Respond to requests for analysis from lifecycle marketers, developing the driving questions and purpose of the decisions behind the requests. Convert analysis requests into short notes that are designed so that you or another analyst can provide useful information for experiment design. Manage project assignment between data analysts within our team to prioritize an analytics backlog, defining team processes to ensure efficient delivery of work products Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform strategic decision-making and improve business growth Develop advanced data models, dashboards, and reports to track metrics and provide actionable insights to lifecycle marketers and our partners Contribute to the development of data governance and quality initiatives to ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analytics, data visualization, and emerging technologies Collaborate with technical teams and ILM team leaders to communicate our data sources and needs to turn your data into data triggers for targeted experiences Develop presentations to share information with partners, including executives Align with lifecycle marketers and other partners to properly configure and measure experiments and tests. Support ILM lifecycle marketers globally by performing analysis as needed Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g. data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or have equivalent experience At least 5 years of experience in growth teams and in SaaS or similar environments Experience as a data analyst or similar role, particularly in complex data analysis and strategic information Experience presenting findings and implications and recommendations of analysis to key business stakeholders, using data to story-tell compellingly Analytical skills with ability to work with large and varied data sets Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to extract and present information Experience with advanced statistical analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms Programming skills in languages such as Python or R Proficient in data modeling, data warehousing and ETL processes Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $112,200 and $181,610. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package. Equal Employment Opportunity
