Job Position Overview As a Territory Representative, your role will involve fostering business activities within a specified territory. You will identify opportunities for sales growth and support the development of our existing partners while also building new relationships. Upon successfully completing our comprehensive 2-weeks training program on product and territory management, along with a level-assessment, you will regularly visit assigned customers to promote our products, share new product information, and gather feedback on our company’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop sales prospects: Seek out new sales opportunities and expand customer relationships to drive the growth of Dentis USA products.
Achieve sales targets: Conduct calls and other activities to meet sales quotas and goals for assigned accounts and territories.
Optimize sales activities: Create and implement sales activity plans to maximize sales efforts and achieve target performance, including both warm and cold calls.
Recruit and schedule professionals: Regularly recruit and schedule dentists and other dental professionals to attend Dentis USA/GDIA seminars.
Complete training programs: Successfully complete Dentis USA product training programs, gaining the necessary product and technical knowledge, as well as understanding Dentis USA sales procedures and techniques.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma with at least 3 years of successful experience as a sales representative in direct or B2B sales.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of successful experience as a sales representative in direct or B2B sales.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must have the ability to travel within your assigned territory.
Physical Requirements
Extended physical activity: Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing at customer offices and other meeting locations.
Lifting requirements: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Driving: Must possess the ability to drive.
Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000
Uncapped Commission
$500 Monthly Car Allowance
