Job Summary TruGreen is looking for a field sales representative to serve as the welcoming face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions and to build lasting customer relationships using the TruGreen Sales Playbook. Responsibilities Engage homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs. Deliver custom solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude. Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household. Turn "just looking" inquiries into signed contracts using proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance in a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell additional services to enhance customers’ lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing discussions. Solid time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Pay Range Annual salary between $30,436.00 and $63,002.00, based on qualifications, experience, training, and geographic location. Most candidates start in the lower half of the range; upper end is reserved for those with extensive experience.
