Summary / Objective The Information Technology Specialist supports the systems and workflows that enable IntellaTriage nurses to deliver after-hours and 24x7 clinical triage services. Working directly with the Director of IT Operations, this role focuses on user access, Microsoft 365 administration, Level 1 support, and hardware logistics for a fully remote workforce.
This is an early-career opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to build experience in IT operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Success in this role is less about deep technical expertise and more about reliability, follow-through, and attention to detail.
Essential Functions Access & Account Management
Process and track access requests across multiple client healthcare systems
Coordinate with client IT teams to obtain credentials and resolve access issues
Maintain accurate tracking of access status, expirations, and dependencies
Escalate delays that impact clinical operations
Microsoft 365 Administration
Provision and deprovision users in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
Manage group memberships and access permissions
Support identity and access workflows across systems
End User Support
Respond to support tickets and provide Level 1 troubleshooting
Resolve login, access, and device-related issues
Escalate complex or recurring issues with clear documentation
Onboarding, Offboarding & Hardware
Support onboarding and offboarding for remote employees
Configure, ship, and track laptops and end-user equipment
Maintain accurate inventory and device lifecycle tracking
Coordinate retrieval, wiping, and redeployment of returned devices
Maintain and improve operational documentation and runbooks
Work Schedule & Location
This position is on-site in Brentwood, Tennessee
Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are a 24x7x365 business and rotational after-hours support may be required
