Role Description This is a full-time, Territory Sales Representative role based in South Texas (Houston, San Antonio, Austin) . The Territory Sales Representative will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts in an assigned region. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and cold outreach, conducting on-site customer visits, delivering product demonstrations, and developing tailored safety solutions in collaboration with engineering and CAD teams. The role involves preparing quotes and proposals, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Territory Sales Representative will also coordinate installation timelines with internal teams, provide ongoing customer support, and represent BOPLAN USA at trade shows, industry events, and customer trainings as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B field sales, account management, or territory management, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, material handling, or safety products.
Strong consultative selling, prospecting, and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
Ability to understand technical product specifications, read basic facility layouts, and collaborate effectively with engineering and CAD teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels, from plant personnel to executive decision-makers.
High level of organization and self-management, including effective time management, pipeline management, and use of CRM systems.
Comfortable working in industrial and warehouse environments and traveling regularly within the assigned territory.
Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience with safety standards, OSHA requirements, or industrial risk assessment is a plus.
