Responsibilities
Hands‑on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
Install, upgrade, and configure Windows10/11 hardware and software for end users
Support network connectivity – LAN, WAN, printing, IP addressing, TCP/IP
VIP support for executive devices, video systems, and communication equipment
Configure and support mobile computing platforms
Log and track all tickets in ServiceNow; communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
