Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an integral part of the Facilities Support Department, providing essential maintenance and technical expertise across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance, aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to excellence and safety.

Location: Nashville, TN
What's the Job?
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems and multiple facilities.
Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure optimal operation.
Travel between different facilities to ensure all systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
Monitor and record equipment readings, calibrate systems, and make necessary adjustments for peak performance.
Maintain safety standards by adhering to departmental policies for hazardous materials and workplace safety.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
