• You don't have a Louisiana P&C license
• You've never written commercial lines
• You're uncomfortable with CRM and digital tools

• You confidently sell GL, BOP, WC, Commercial Auto, and Umbrella

What You'll Do:

• Work warm leads from inbound requests, referrals, and PL clients
• Consult with business owners, gather risk info, and present coverage
• Coordinate with our support team for quoting and submissions
• Track your pipeline in AgencyZoom and follow a proven process
• Close new business and exceed benchmarks
