We're currently seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant Manager who's ready to take the next step in their leadership journey and help lead a team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality service.
As the Assistant Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, developing team members, and achieving business goals. You'll be a hands-on leader, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating crew members to deliver great guest experiences
- Supporting training and development of team members to maintain high standards
- Managing daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness
- Assisting in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitoring sales performance and labor costs to achieve profitability goals
- Ensuring compliance with all Dunkin' brand standards and safety regulations
- Stepping in as the manager-on-duty as needed to keep the store running smoothly
Qualifications include:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team
- Focus on guest service and satisfaction
- Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
