We have therapists who specialize in Postural Restoration, Parkinson's Wellness Recovery, and Functional Movement Systems, just to name a few. Our benefits for full-time employees include but are not limited to: student loan assistance program, CEU allowance, 3 weeks of front-loaded PTO and 6 paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance available first month after start, 401K with 50% employer match, company-paid life insurance and AD&D, employee assistance program with counseling services, additional voluntary coverages available.

Requirements for this position include the following: graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program, active or pending North Carolina physical therapist assistant license.

Individualized professional development program: annual continued education allowance (adjustable for motivated learners), graduated caseload ramp-up time, paid professional association dues, unlimited MedBridge option, effective mentorship and comprehensive onboarding, monthly 1-on-1 meetings with clinical expert, monthly all staff meetings, quarterly clinical professional development sessions, in-house CEUs.
