Regional Growth Leader - Central

The primary purpose of the role is to build relationships with utilities to enable our growth efforts with municipal utilities for water, wastewater and bio solids O&M opportunities.

Primary duties/responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with utility leaders and community leaders in strategic growth regions.
• Promoting the values of Veolia, Private Public Partnership contracting and contract operations to communities.
• Identifying and aligning Veolia's offerings and value with key utility challenges.
• Coordinating and leading proposal efforts and RFP response activities.
• Managing reporting for all commercial activities for key contracts.
• Working collaboratively with regional VP, site leadership, Technical & Performance resources.
• Managing the internal corporate and compliance approval process for opportunities.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Contracting with utilities and Private Public Partnership experience preferred.
• Water utility experience preferred.

Knowledge/skills/abilities include:

• Self-starter.
• Results focused mindset.
• Strong customer relationship/management skills.
• Technical knowledge of water and wastewater industry.
• Highly organized and structured - able to follow a standard process.
• Able to work collaboratively across different functions and help colleagues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
