Security & Compliance Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, policies, and best practices. Assist with vulnerability management, incident response, security awareness initiatives, and compliance requirements. Participate in periodic audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery testing. Help ensure compliance with financial services regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.
IT Operations & End User Support Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for employees, advisors, and clients. Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based issues. Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles. Participate in scheduled after-hours maintenance activities and occasional support escalations as needed.
Projects & Continuous Improvement Participate in technology projects involving infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity improvements, and operational efficiency. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to deliver successful technology initiatives. Identify opportunities to automate routine administrative tasks and improve operational effectiveness.

Maintain a secure, reliable, and well-documented technology environment. Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automation, and cybersecurity posture. Contribute to infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.
Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or IT operations. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID. Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint management. Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, identity management, and data protection concepts. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience in a financial services, MSP, consulting, or highly regulated environment. Experience with PowerShell scripting. Experience with Azure, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, or other Microsoft cloud technologies. Experience with virtualization platforms and backup/disaster recovery solutions. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, or cybersecurity certifications.
