Description: This position involves providing direct patient care in a long-term care setting. The unit consists of 25 beds. CNA patient ratios will prioritize teamwork, with no specific ratios required. A Charge Nurse is present on each shift to provide supervision. Shifts are scheduled for 8 hours, and self-scheduling will be allowed when possible. Weekend and holiday requirements include working every other weekend and holiday. There is no call or standby requirement for this position. Floating to other units is not required. Scrubs of any color are acceptable for this position. Please note that candidates may not be employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facilities associated with the health system. Request for time off must be submitted upfront, and additional requests may not be approved during the contract period.
