Handles a high volume of inbound phone calls and chats, resolving customer issues promptly Produces binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements to meet client needs Mentors new hires and provides training and direction to other staff members
Required qualifications
Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a call center environment High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus Proficient in computer and data entry skills, including experience with web-based systems Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Understanding of call center metrics, including call handling and quality standards
