Supporting the Sales Engineering team in a full-time remote capacity, the Sales Engineer Associate will manage demo environments, assist with RFP and technical responses, and document workflows to enhance operational efficiency within the organization. Key responsibilities
Maintain and enhance sales demo environments to accurately reflect outpatient therapy workflows Assist with RFPs, RFIs, and technical evaluations while maintaining a centralized library of approved responses Document customer workflows and create process maps and technical resources to support discovery efforts
Required qualifications
2-5 years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, EHR/EMR systems, or software implementation Strong organizational and project management abilities Experience with technical support or solution consulting Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
