What You Bring
At least 18 years of age Previous medication aide senior living experience required Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written) Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
What You’ll Do
Assist residents with medication reminders and administration support, following established protocols Maintain accurate records of medications, observations, and care provided Observe for any changes in resident condition and promptly communicate concerns Support residents with ADLs such as dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting Help ensure a safe, clean, and respectful living environment for all residents Collaborate with nurses and team members to deliver consistent, high-quality care
