Full-Time: 11 pm to 7 am Per Diem: Evenings & Overnights
Please note: Per diem team members are required to pick up at least 2 shifts per month. Shift availability is based on the PRN schedule. What You'll Do:
Administer medications safely in compliance with physician orders and state regulations Verify accurate dosage, timing, and proper documentation of all medications Observe residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report any concerns promptly Maintain clear and effective communication with nurses, healthcare providers, residents, and families Perform deep cleaning duties, assist with meal preparation, and support residents with morning routines
What You'll Need:
Must be 18 years of age or older (required) Certified Medical Aide Certificate (required) Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions and communicate in English (required) Experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred but not required Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered care environment
