We are seeking a Solution Developer to join our engineering team. This is a versatile role requiring a mix of full-stack web development, data pipeline engineering, and cloud infrastructure management. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications that involve both user-facing interfaces and complex back-end automation.
The ideal candidate is a technical generalist who is comfortable working across multiple languages (JavaScript and Python) and is eager to adopt new technologies as our stack evolves.
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js and Node.js .
Write clean, maintainable code in Python for backend services and data processing scripts.
Build and monitor automated workflows and data pipelines using Airflow and dbt .
Manage and deploy applications within an AWS environment, ensuring cloud best practices are followed.
Optimize database performance and manage data migrations in Postgres .
Quickly learn and implement new frameworks or tools based on project-specific requirements
Frontend/Backend: 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/Typescript & Node.js; js framework; Python: Proven experience using Python for application development or data engineering.
Cloud: Working knowledge of AWS core services (e.g., Data Tools: Experience in Pipeline Development, specifically transforming data with dbt and/or workflow tools like n8n along with scheduling tasks with Airflow.
Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Database: Strong SQL skills and experience managing PostgreSQL databases (schema designs; Proficient in Git version control (branching, PRs, code reviews) and implementing CI/CD workflows to ensure stable, high-quality code delivery.
Ability to switch between different programming languages and technical domains (e.g., moving from a UI task to a data pipeline task).
