Driving new business growth, the full-time Senior Sales Development Representative will generate and qualify pipeline through strategic outreach and account research in a remote environment, focusing on the healthcare interoperability landscape. Key responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through various outreach methods, targeting health tech vendors, health systems, payers, and EHR partners Utilize AI tools to synthesize account intelligence and create personalized outreach strategies that resonate with technical and clinical buyers Collaborate with Technical Account Executives and Marketing to align pipeline efforts with the Ideal Customer Profile and segment strategy
Required qualifications
2-4+ years of outbound sales development experience, preferably in a SaaS or health-tech environment Familiarity with healthcare technology, including EHR systems and interoperability standards Hands-on experience using AI tools in a sales development workflow Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences that generate qualified pipeline Understanding of pipeline metrics and the SDR's role within the revenue engine
