Supporting the creation of engaging learning materials and marketing assets, the full-time Junior Graphic Designer will develop high-quality visual content for training programs and brand communications, working remotely or in a hybrid capacity with optional office access in London. Key Responsibilities
Create learning materials and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint Collaborate with the Design Team and stakeholders to deliver projects on time while maintaining brand guidelines Stay updated on design trends and continuously seek to improve efficiency and quality across projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1+ year of experience in a graphic design role within an agency or corporate environment Strong portfolio demonstrating core graphic design principles Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop Ability to integrate AI tools into design workflows with practical examples preferred
