Providing administrative and sales support, the full-time Sales Administration Coordinator will prepare proposals, create cost sheets, and schedule annual customer reviews while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Prepare and maintain proposal templates and content databases in coordination with sales personnel Create cost sheets by gathering necessary equipment specifications and service information Schedule annual customer reviews and maintain customer contact databases for sales teams
Required qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required 2 years or more of relevant experience preferred Intermediate knowledge of vehicle specifications and proposal preparation preferred Advanced proficiency in Ryder software and systems preferred Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
