Leading the copywriting function, the full-time Senior Copywriter B2B Tech will manage a team of conversion copywriters and collaborate with various departments to define copy strategy and build AI-powered systems, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering to ensure copy quality and consistency across all customer-facing assets Design and own AI-powered copywriting systems, including custom GPTs and workflows, to scale output effectively Lead, mentor, and develop the copywriting team, conducting performance reviews and 1:1 meetings
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in copywriting roles, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar industries Proven track record of leading AI adoption and AI-powered workflows in copywriting or marketing Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or agency Bachelor's degree or higher Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various platforms, including A/B testing and Voice-of-Customer research
