Experienced in IBM Maximo, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the Maximo platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions while working onsite. Key responsibilities
Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into Maximo-based solutions Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment Enhance Maximo through configurations, workflows, automation scripts, and reporting
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations Strong understanding of Maximo architecture and integration frameworks Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes
