An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio in Cambridge/Oxford has arisen.
GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile Engineer to work on across Cambridge/Oxford looking after Commercial sites. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Cambridge & Oxford.
The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across Commercial sites within the portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Electrical & Mechanical maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to £48,000 with expenses/travel covered, overtime and training + development.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
PPM's and Reactive works Carrying out maintenance on AHU's and FCU's Emergency light testing Water Treatment Changing ballasts Fire alarm testing Update contract managers with relevant client or site information Updating site log books Provide further works reports where required Completing all works to a high standard On Call Required Skills:
Level 3 in Electrical / Part 2 Electrical 17th or 18th edition Benefits:
