In this role, you will lead revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) 3+ years of proven sales experience in the plumbing estimating process 2+ years in construction operations, scheduling, or coordination (or equivalent experience) 2 - 4 year degree in Business Management preferred Strong organizational and time‑management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to lead a small team and coordinate across departments Proficiency with scheduling/project management tools and CRM systems Customer‑first mindset with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and accountability
