Overview Jobdescription Raccoon Valley Radio is preparing to expand. Are you looking to take your broadcasting career to another level? We are looking for team members with a proven track record in multimedia sales or who have been successful in broadcasting and are looking to transition from on‑air operations to sales. We have proven sales systems and are willing to train the right person.

This position requires a positive attitude & someone willing to go out & grow relationships within the community daily. This position provides you with proven sales systems.
Salary & Benefits A guaranteed salary of $60,000 with unlimited income potential based on commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities
Being responsible for your own sales territory.
Being accountable for Sales & Collection Goals.
Partnering with the GM on learning and following OUR Sales Systems.
Partnering with the GM on managing radio station promotions & events.
Partnering with the GM to manage sales for multiple radio stations under the Raccoon Valley Radio umbrella.
Partnering with the GM to coach and develop On‑Air operations.
