All Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking a motivated and driven Assistant Sales Manager to support and help lead our high-performing in-home sales team. This role is ideal for a top-producing sales professional ready to step into leadership while continuing to close deals and develop others within a proven system.

Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Manager in leading, training, and motivating the in-home sales team
Help conduct sales meetings, ride‑alongs, and ongoing coaching sessions
Lead by example by personally closing high‑value deals
Assist with monitoring KPIs, CRM activity, and appointment performance
Reinforce accountability and performance standards within the team
Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of new sales representatives
Help maintain a competitive, high‑energy sales culture focused on results
Step in to assist with team leadership and operations as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of high‑ticket or in‑home sales experience
Previous leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience preferred
Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals
Strong communication and coaching abilities
Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
Reliable transportation and flexibility for evening and weekend appointments when needed
