Stemilt’s Sales Support Specialist is a self‑led, high‑impact contributor who keeps Stemilt’s retail customers running smoothly. You drive accuracy and efficiency through proactive order management, sharp problem solving, and clear cross‑functional communication. With a focus on speed, precision, and exceptional service, you ensure every order aligns with operational capabilities and delivers a seamless experience for both internal teams and external partners. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a must.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify order details, including customer purchase orders, pricing, product availability, pack schedules, and shipping requirements.
Enter, update, and maintain customer orders in internal ERP systems and databases with high accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor order status across internal and external supply chain processes; proactively communicate discrepancies or issues and collaborate as needed to resolve them.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to confirm product availability and address fulfillment challenges.
Serve as a communication bridge between Sales and internal departments such as Production, Transportation, Shipping, and partner warehouses.
Answer incoming calls, record accurate messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Troubleshoot order‑related issues, including shortages, pack schedule conflicts, and shipping changes.
Maintain accurate customer specifications, delivery requirements, and order instructions.
Demonstrate flexibility by supporting occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications
Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Power BI; experience with Oracle ERP is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
Enjoys creating clarity and solving problems in complex or ambiguous situations.
Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn.
Able to work effectively across multiple departments.
Adaptable to change and shifting priorities.
A desire to create strategy and design of an environment that creates a World Famous employee experience.
Comfortable with verbal communications, in person, and via telephone.
Ability to deliver high quality results with an exceptional transparent, consultative, and partnering attitude.
