Position Overview Sales Enablement Market Manager in Seattle, Washington or surrounding area. Responsible for building and growing productive relationships across the Field Sales Channels to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and company initiatives. Improves performance of uBreakiFix stores and the Delivery Expert Setup channel through proactive email, Zoom, and in‑person support within geographic market. Establishes operational partnerships, supports revenue/sales strategies, field training, leadership coaching, data interpretation, accountability conversations, and drives excitement of a sales culture. Works with cross‑functional teams to identify growth opportunities and process improvements. Essential Job Skills & Duties Effectively develop and maintain relationships to guide behavioral changes, drive sales incentives and contests and set site expectations. Partner with Sales Enablement leadership to understand priorities, create onsite coaching plans to drive store change or policy reinforcement. Adhere to standard operating procedures for onsite visits. Provide guidance on policy, procedures and best practices. Serve as an expert sales coach guiding practice sessions and role plays, observing interactions and providing feedback. Meet or exceed diverse set of goals and metrics developed based on organizational objectives. Identify opportunities within the customer interaction experience and partner with sales leaders to conduct training as needed. Serve as Primary Asurion voice for assigned sites, providing daily and adhoc readouts on current site state. Partner with stakeholders to resolve problems and remedy issues. Communicate ongoing with key team members on site progress. Perform administrative tasks such as managing travel, expense reports timely and in accordance with company guidelines. Skills Technical Skills Expert experience with the Serve, Solve, Sell approach. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional public speaking, interpersonal, and written communication. Comfortable with self‑governance and ambiguity; can complete work and drive results independently. Ability to guide stakeholders and provide pertinent information for informed decisions. Ability to handle frequent and sweeping change in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work successfully as a co‑located team with Asurion and client employees. Self‑starter, works autonomously with little supervision. Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. Travel over 75% of time, including air travel and car rental. Maintains current driver’s license in good standing. Education and Experience Minimum 6 months of previous experience in retail technology, sales, customer service or related field. Minimum 6 months of experience using smart technology products. Licenses/Certifications Current driver’s license in good standing. Travel Requirements Up to 4 days weekly travel to uBreakiFix stores and Forward Stocking Locations within region using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
