Job Title: IT Manager (Malayalee Preferred) – Akron, OH Our rapidly growing IT company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker and have previous experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company’s overall goals. Ensure the security and efficiency of all IT systems. Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry. Create and maintain documentation for all systems and processes. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management role. Strong knowledge of network architecture, security protocols, and cloud computing. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Malayalee preferred. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
