Responsibilities include overseeing client relationships, managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing processes for efficiency. The Office and Sales Manager will also contribute to the development of marketing materials and collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Commercial Insurance Knowledge is a must Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution Strong Sales and Customer Service skills along with Relationship Building expertise Knowledge of Insurance Products, Industry Regulations, and Risk Management principles Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the insurance industry
