Radiology Director Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent position Monday-Friday, 8: 00AM-5: 00PM Direct and oversee daily operations for CT, Radiology (X-Ray), and Mammography departments, ensuring high-quality imaging services, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care across all modalities Serve as a working director by performing diagnostic imaging procedures, assisting with patient care, and providing clinical support while maintaining departmental productivity and workflow efficiency Lead department staff through scheduling, performance management, quality improvement initiatives, and equipment oversight, while collaborating with physicians and hospital leadership to enhance imaging services and patient outcomes Radiology Director Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Diagnostic Imaging program with current ARRT certification in good standing. Minimum of five (5) years of diagnostic imaging experience with demonstrated competency in CT, X-Ray, and Mammography, including at least three (3) years of progressive leadership or management experience. Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred;strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality improvement, budgeting, accreditation standards, and multi-modality imaging operations.
