Traveler Position Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Orientation Schedule: 6/22, 7/6, 7/20, 8/3, 8/17, 8/31, 9/14, 9/28, 10/12, 10/26, 11/9, 11/23, 12/7, 12/21 Billable OT:
36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
Summer Holidays: Traveler will be required to work 1-2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) Requirements:
3 years of previous experience [required] At least 1 travel contract completed [required] Epic experience [required] RT(R)(CT) [preferred], RT(R) with siemens experience [required] Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]
Profile should include:
Driver's License [required] Work history/resume [required] Skills checklist (completed within the last year) [required] License verification [required] Copy of required certifications 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required]
**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility** Madison will accept locals with a 10% rate reduction Madison, Sioux City, Bettendorf and Fort Dodge level 3 trauma center Moline level 2 trauma center Muscatine level 4 trauma center Rock Island level 1 trauma center
