Compensation:
Salary Range: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 annually (dependent on experience and interview process).

Responsibilities
Participate in all aspects of the SDLC
Collaborate with other business analysts to conduct assessments of user needs and understand user environments
Work to understand the birds‑eye view of systems and the impact of any changes to them
Collaborate with software engineers and domain experts to ensure work products meet the highest standards of quality
Create software documentation and participate in bug tracking and reporting procedures
Contribute to test plans
Participate in testing to recommend feature or bug fixes for release to production

Qualifications – Technical Skills
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices
Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
Eagerness to stay up to date on industry and technology advancements
Experience with basic principles of software testing
Experience managing stakeholders, including negotiation of solutions, setting expectations, and communicating progress milestones
Preferred Skills
Experience with Confluence, Jira, or other collaborative tools for agile project management
