Key Responsibilities
Lead and conduct weekly training sessions for technicians to ensure continuous development on and off the field.
Coach and mentor the HVAC department in sales and technical techniques.
Maintain and monitor key performance indicators to ensure team success.
Oversee labor costs and optimize resource allocation.
Drive revenue generation and ensure targets are met for both service and installation teams.
Support both field and office staff to resolve escalated issues and assist in ensuring all field personnel comply with industry standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of residential HVAC experience, with management or sales experience preferred.
Ability to train proper technical diagnostic techniques on all equipment from basic to high‑efficiency inverter systems.
Strong technical background in diagnostic skills on all residential and light commercial equipment.
Strong organizational leadership skills to lead and grow a team of technicians.
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.).
Great attitude, high energy, excellent communication skills, and a sales‑driven mindset.
Pay Transparency The starting average rate for this opportunity is $90,000–$120,000. The actual base pay depends on training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Additional rewards may include an incentive plan and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. The compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position and assumes a rate based on location and experience.
Physical Demands
Stand/Sit: Must remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
May be required to bend, climb stairs/ladders, perform repetitive motions, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling.
May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
