In this role you will:
A Bridge between the business functions (operations, marketing, customer experience, servicing, etc) and Data Science; conveying complex data science concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
Capability of Operating in the Cloud: Proficient in working on cloud-based platforms (Azure preferred) as well as familiarity with the Adobe cloud platform (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, etc)
Understand business requirements: Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and goals and translate them into actionable data science projects
Create Visualizations and Presentations: Developing clear and informative visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate key findings and insights to business stakeholders
Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate the value and impact of data science initiatives to business stakeholders
Implementation: Assist in Data Science Experiment deployment and communicating strategy and results
Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project and experiment delivery and enhance team collaboration
Championing Data Science Impact: Promoting the success of data-driven projects
Partnering with Digital and IT Departments: Ensuring alignment with digital strategies and IT infrastructure for successful deployment
Feedback and Impact Measurement: Assessing the effectiveness of communication strategies
Staying Abreast of Trends: Keeping updated with industry trends in data science and auto finance
Qualifications What makes you a dream candidate?
Familiarity with data privacy and consumer protection laws
Understanding of auto finance market dynamics and challenges
Ability to conduct industry-specific market research
Awareness of technological trends like AI and machine learning
Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in operating and delivering within the Agile framework
Expertise in creating informative visualizations and presentations
Exceptional ability to convey complex ideas clearly
Effectiveness in cross-functional teamwork
Skill in identifying strategic data science applications
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
Commitment to staying updated with industry and technological trends
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as Finance, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, or related field required
2-4 years in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, Communication, or related field required
Automotive background preferred
