Our client, a leading provider of facility management services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay rate:
$35/hr
What’s the Job?
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple sites to ensure optimal performance.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and related systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Travel between 25 locations, providing timely and efficient service to maintain facility operations.
Utilize company tools and systems such as Corrigo work order system to document work and manage inventory.
Assist with patching walls, changing filters, and other light maintenance tasks as needed.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Universal EPA certification, with a preference for EPA 608 Universal Certification.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a van and use various tools safely.
