Driving revenue growth through high-quality customer-focused sales interactions, the full-time Remote Sales Associate will engage inbound customers via phone, email, and chat, guiding them through the purchasing journey while consistently achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities
Engage customers through various channels to provide a consultative sales experience and tailored product recommendations Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and identify upselling opportunities to enhance order value Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building trust and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process
Required qualifications
1+ year of experience in a high-volume sales environment (retail, call center, B2C, etc.) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience working in a remote or self-managed environment preferred Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools Typing speed of 50+ WPM with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
